Nothing here binds anyone. A terms of service is a contract, and the terms that
matter — pricing and billing, service levels, liability, termination, governing
law — are commercial decisions that have not been made, so inventing them here
would be worse than saying so.
Two things we can already state plainly, because they are properties of how the system is built rather than commitments we might revise:
- Your provider keys sent on a proxied request are never stored, and the gateway does not alter the requests your application makes unless you have explicitly authorised a deployment for a specific call site.
- Spend from any experiment we run on your behalf lands on your own provider account, using a key you saved and can remove at any time.
